72-Hour Full Refund

If you cancel within 72 hours of payment, you qualify for a full refund.

After 72 Hours

If you cancel after 72 hours, production will have begun and no refund can be issued.

FOR READY TO WEAR ORDERS

Refund Guarantee

Full refund available for any order within 72 hours of delivery, provided:

  • Product remains in new condition
  • All tags are attached
  • Original packaging is intact
Exemptions

Sale and discounted items are final‑sale – no refunds or returns allowed.
