How do we go about measurement if I'm not physically available?

We take measurements virtually for clients who cannot visit us physically. Here's how it works:

Virtual Measurement Success Rate:

80% of our measurements are done virtually and the success rate has been amazing!

What you need:

  • A tape measure (tape rule)
  • Someone to take the measurement on you

Important: The person does not have to be a tailor or have any tailoring knowledge. During our virtual consultation, we will guide them step-by-step on what to measure and how to measure it correctly.

Do you ship outside Nigeria?

Yes, we do ship internationally!

We use DHL Express for international shipping. Here's what you need to know:

  • Shipping Method: DHL Express
  • Delivery Time: 3-5 working days
  • Tracking: All international shipments include tracking
  • Customs: We handle all customs documentation

Please note that international shipping costs vary by destination. You'll see the exact shipping cost during checkout.

Do you offer express delivery?

YES, we do offer express delivery!

Our express delivery options include:

  • Same-day delivery: Available in Ibadan (orders placed before 12pm)
  • Next-day delivery: Available in major Nigerian cities
  • Express international: 2-3 days via DHL Express

Express delivery fees vary based on location. You can select your preferred delivery option during checkout.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, you can change your shipping address if the shipment has not been processed.

Here's what you need to know:

  • Address changes must be requested before your order is marked as "Shipped"
  • To change your address, contact our support team immediately
  • Provide your order number and the new shipping address
  • If the order has already shipped, we cannot change the address
